ABOUT ME

My grandmothers are fierce and powerful women who have survived slavery and extermination via colonization, all while bending and shaping the universe to secure my timely arrival, here and now. They have embedded within me, every particle of their glimmering aspirations and mystical ferocity.

Originally from South Central Los Angeles, my current social location is as a queer, black womxn, of African American and Mexican American ancestry, presently living in New York City.

I am passionate about intersectional liberation as my work has included, former lead facilitator for, San Quentin State Prison’s Kid CAT: First Step Curriculum, a program that crosshatches the stages of childhood development and restorative justice principals and as a former co-facilitator for a GLIDE Memorial Church’s Leadership Academy.

Currently, I am the founder of Seen and Heard Therapy, a wellness infrastructure that aims to support underrepresented psychotherapists and disenfranchised wellness clients, and I am also the founder and owner of the African diasphoric lifestyle brand, Natty Belle.
